    Very disappointed with their customer service. My husband and I had an account with them. I took my name off the account, due the fact that my credit doesn’t have much history anymore as home maker. Currently I am 9 months pregnant and past my due date. So naturally I used to drive through window to make a payment (getting in and out of car is quite difficult). The teller proceeded to give me a hard time as if I was trying to take money, not make a payment. It’s not like I’m trying to get medical records and I’m violating the Hyppa law. I’m trying to give you money, my name is on all the checks! Stop acting difficult and giving someone a hard time when they are paying you! Like the other married couple who left a comment below, we too are leaving the bank.

    Terrific school - new students fit right in no matter what grade they start. My daughter started in 5th grade and she loved the school from the moment she set foot inside. She's doing so much better in all subjects now, and she loves all the extras the public schools don't have, like sewing club!

    When I was referred to Rick I was on my second agent so I was able to compare Rick with 2 other agent experiences. The biggest differences in the 3 experiences is that Rick really knows how to show me a house. He's unbelievably thorough when he assesses a house. One house in particular that I was in love with, he said to me "I know you love this house but I have some real concerns about this one." Rick is a savvy negotiator too. With Rick I always felt like he had my back and this is important to me because I know that when my kids are ready to buy I can trust that Rick will help them find a home in the best condition for the best price just like he did for me.     Terrible service been waiting for a debit card for 4 weeks now called manager and he said the woman who opened account never sent it ..so he said he would overnight it and call me when it arrived but never did called today after another week of waiting only for him to tell me that it is at that location and noone informed me it was there..why couldnt it be overnighted to my address??? Terrible service ..
